Commercial Complex (Bilaspur)
Situated between the industrial estates of
Tifra & Sirgitti in Bilaspur. This proposed Commercial Complex is on
NH-200. Proximity to the High Cour (New Building) is an additional
advantage. It is proposed to be constructed on a plot of approx. 3441 sqm.
Total built up area will be 2497 sqmt. It will house large office space, banks, restaurants, shops, ATMs &
small office chambers. Adequate ground level parking, water supply, lift,
fire escape will be provided. approx. cost of the project Rs. 15 Cr.
Commercial Arcade, Sirgitti (Bilaspur)
Situated in the Industrial Estate of Sirgitti, this proposed Commercial
Arcade is located on the NH-200. It is adjacent to the newly constructed
Bilaspur Bus Stand and the residential colony of Chhattisgarh Housing
Board. Plot area is 9500 sqm. It will have shops, show rooms, hotel,
restaurant etc. Approx. cost of the project - Rs. 27 Cr.
Housing Complex, Bilaspur
Situated near the proposed IIDC Sirgitti-Sec.D. This proposed housing
complex spreads over an area of 8 ha. It will cater to the growing demand
of housing near industrial estates of Sirgitti, Silpahari & Tifra the
work has been entrusted to the Chhattisgarh Housing Board.
Residential & Commercial Complex Bhilai (Durg)
Bhilai, the home of Bhilai Steel Plant is also the Industrial Capital of
Chhattisgarh. It is proposed to develop a Residential & Commercial Area
on a land of 18 ha. on PPP basis. The area is near NH-6 in Bhilai. M/s
Ultra Homes Construction Pvt. Ltd., Noida has been selected as developer.
Corporate Towers (Raipur)
Situated on NH-6 (Ring Road 1) a multistoried Corporate Tower is proposed on
4280 sqm. of land. Total built up area will be approxmiately 9855 sqmt.
It is proposed to house corporate offices of goverment undertakings and
private corporate houses besides other
commercial establishment like banks, shops, restaurant etc.
Construction of the building shall be started after accord of permission
from town and country planning department.
Commercial Complex, Raipur
Situated adjacent to NH-6 (Ring Road 1), this complex is proposed to be
built on a piece of land measuring 1600 sqmt. Space for commercial offices
such as banks, insurance & shops will be available here. Total built up
area approx. 3000 sqm.
Work is in progress and will be finished in 2010. Booking will open soon.

Complex Siltara (Raipur)
Situated in amenities zone in Industrial Area Siltara, Phase-I..The
consruction of building is near completion. The complex shall have shops,
office spaces, ATM kiosk, restaurant etc. Allotment of spaces for shops and
offices are being done. Nearly 60% of 120 nos. of spaces have been allotted
so far.
Udyog Bhawan, Raipur
Work of Udyog Bhawan "The Corporate Office of
Commerce & Industry / CSIDC" is expected to be completed by
October 2010.
To encourage women entrepreneurs CSIDC is constructing a shoping complex
for them in the Industrial Estate of Tifra (Bilaspur). The complex will be
comprised of 11 shops, 4 office chambers and 1 ATM.
