Documents required for allotment
of land :

Application in prescribed format.
2.
Project Profile in brief.
3. Block
plan for proposed construction.
4.
Process fee.
2. Issuance of Letter of Intent (LOI).
3. Land Allotment Order (LOA).
4. Submission of Balance Premium.
5. Execution of Agreement to Lease.
6. Handing over Possession - on receipt of balance
Payment, the allottee is supposed to take, over the possession immediately
and
execute the Agreement to Lease
of CSIDC within 30 days (1 month) from the date of receipt of final
Payment.
7. The plots are allotted for -
